Look for Thunderbird
Samaritan Hospital on the Southside of West Thunderbird.
Then take the sidestreet (no traffic light) on Northside
of Thunderbird Northbound to lot driveway on Westside
of 56th Avenue. Turn left into driveway into complex
and then left again. Our office is located at the
corner of the first building you see on your left.
